The trip was absolutely fantastic. It was more than I could have hoped for. You
picked out the perfect boat for my family and friends. Great chef and bartender,
knowledgeable and friendly captain, who also happened to be a dive master, and
a spacious, beautiful boat with all of the amenities you could ever want. Gary went
way above and beyond to facilitate my sons engagement( which came off
perfectly) and Heather's food was perfect for my 18-25 year old sons as well as
the foodies among us. I would do this trip again in a heartbeat with the same crew
and boat. Thanks for helping us take the trip of a lifetime!

In November of 2020, as crew on a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey, I had the pleasure to meet Sanne.
Because she was full of life and charismatic, we became friends quickly. She not only filled a
huge roll as crew on the sailing vessel Cloudy Bay (sailing, cleaning, planning), but became a
maestro of fun for the ARC+ Cruising Club soon to cross the Atlantic.
Though she did not sail on my boat, I often saw her take charge of the helm on her own, and I
would feel completely comfortable if she captained ours.
With a smile on her face, she made me feel at home on a boat she was crew. Sanne has a
magic way of creating a safe space and home for sailors.
Sanne is not only a gracious host, but absolutely incredible with kids. I have four children, who
were four to fourteen at the time, and they enjoyed Sanne’s company so much, they would
seek her out at each port. Sanne would give hugs, draw pictures, and ask questions that were
intuitive to their characters. She became family to us.
Other days on the docks, Sanne would help me with the kids, help me carry provisions, and
help me with my sanity. She also has a long history with boats and water, which gives her the
experience she needs and the stories to prove it. Whenever there is a free moment, she has
something else fun planned. Either she is off paddle boarding, encouraging others to walk the
local scene, or enjoy moments to clean up onboard.
After ARC+ fleet went its separate ways, I got to catch up with Sanne again as crew on the
ninety-foot voyaging catamaran, Orion. She respected the owners, other crew members
onboard, and guests. Keeping it impeccably clean, she would cook, sail, and entertain.
I believe Sanne is beyond qualified to charter vessels in the BVI or anywhere else she chooses.
I would be more than honored if she ever chose to sail with us.

I have known Sanne for almost 10 years now and we've been friends every since. I can say with all my confidence that she is a person of good character. She devoted her life to make the world a better place and was a volunteer back in the Netherlands. She is a good person and a person of good ethics. She is hardworking and loves her job on sailboats dedicatedly and passionate, for almost 4 years now. I am confident that she will do great in the BVI too.

I don't think that we tell you enough how much we appreciate and love what you
have done for us and Bliss! Our hearts are broken over the devastation in the
BVI's, the memories we have of this special place on Bliss will remain forever in
our hearts.
Bliss was not always easy for us: managing expenses, managing crew and
managing the upkeep.....until you came along and made Bliss your home and a
true partner to Greg and I in all of the above. Your love for Bliss was
unconditional, your friendly personality made our guests want to return, your
adventurous side made our guests try new things,( me snorkeling at
night...unheard of) Your love of the sea, and the BVIs was shared with every
guest so they would take home a little piece of history on both. Gary, your
dedication when your son passed was simply unbelievable, my heart breaks again
for you and your family, this past year has not been fair. You are honest, kind,
gentle, funny, dedicated and a true friend! Bliss was in the best shape of its life, I
even commented to Greg...in the awful last picture, where she is sunk in the
harbor, with her beautiful hull sticking out of the water..."look how clean Gary had
her hull "
Gary, you are a special person and we are so lucky you came into our lives.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being our captain and our friend! You
are one of a kind and if we can do anything for you during this tragic time, please
don't hesitate to ask.

The food was absolutely delicious and artfully presented. Every meal AND snack was exceptional.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
We couldn't have asked for a better crew - Gary and Sanne were beyond accommodating, and it was clear they put a lot of thought into the itinerary and menu based on our preference form AND were very quick to pick up on any preferences that weren't apparent via the form. We are eternally grateful for them!
