The 1991 Morgan 45 Center Cockpit is a proven bluewater cruiser with the comfort, space, and sailing ability that has made the Morgan name a favorite among serious sailors. This particular yacht is in very good condition and stands ready to sail away today. With her roomy center cockpit layout, generous accommodations below, and solid construction, she offers both safety at sea and comfort at anchor. Whether you are planning extended cruising, liveaboard life, or coastal adventures, this Morgan 45 CC is well prepared to go.

Milagro has been a well known boat around these parts of Panama for many years, after being brought down from Florida by her second owner. Her third owner now puts her up for sale to the next caretaker. She is well equipped, sound, and lovingly maintained.

GENERAL LAYOUT

The aft cabin has a center queen bed with a 6-inch mattress, its own ensuite including a bath, wood floor grate, air conditioning, TV, and a separate sink and dressing table.

There is a maintenance area and workbench to centerline of the passage to the aft quarters with tool storage cupboards to outboard on the port side. Engine access is under the steps and from the port side.

The saloon has a rosewood table with bench seats on both starboard and port. Storage is under the seats, and the salon table is at midships aft of the compression post.

The U-shaped galley to starboard allows ample space for two people for cooking and serving.

There is a head and V-berth forward.

There is ample storage in cupboards and under the floor. The floors are covered with high-density black floor matting for comfort and protection of the teak and holly sole.

GENERAL CONDITION

The hull has no blisters and the topside gelcoat is in good condition.

The deck was painted with high-quality automotive and KiwiGrip paint in 2024.

There is some wear to the cabin sole in the saloon.

The upholstery is in reasonable condition.

All opening portlights were replaced in 2024 and have reflective shading foil. The opening hatches are in good condition with no leaks.

MAIN SALON

The companionway is at midships with four steps in cherry and stainless.

Black floor matting covers the teak and holly sole and is in fair to good condition.

The galley is to starboard aft and there are settees to port and starboard.

There is a beautiful cherry wood table with folding sides in impeccable condition (currently in storage).

There is a center storage box.

The guest cabin is forward and the main head is to port.

The navigation desk workspace is on the port side aft of the settee at midships.

There is a work station in the walkthrough to the aft cabin with engine access and tool storage.

AFT CABIN

The aft cabin has a queen-sized centerline berth with an opening port to aft.

There are hanging lockers to port and a beauty counter forward with mirror and lift-up vanity.

There is access to the engine from this room and storage under the bed with thru-hulls. A washing machine and a wash-up sink are to starboard. The head is forward to starboard with a tub, glass doors, and storage shelves. There are fans at the head of the bed.

HEADS

The forward head has a large toilet, a handheld shower, teak floor grating, a sink, and a storage cabinet.

The aft head has a large toilet, a tub with glass doors and shower, teak floor grating, a sink, and storage cabinets. Both heads have a shower sump with pump.

The forward head has dual door access from the salon and V-berth.

DECK LAYOUT

The center cockpit has a custom fiberglass top with recessed pot lights and clear vinyl and blue Sunbrella side curtains all around. There are Sunbrella clip-on sun shades to fit.

There is hot and cold water at the swim platform and a saltwater deck wash at the bow. There are dinghy davits and an outboard lift, and storage boxes on the aft deck.
