Boat Description
This 2018 BALI 4.3 Flybridge is purpose-built for cruising and maximum space efficiency. Her innovative open-plan saloon with large forward window connects effortlessly to the forward cockpit, while the signature retractable “garage door” transforms the interior and aft cockpit into one expansive indoor-outdoor social zone.
She features four ensuite cabins, a panoramic-view galley, and an optional aft cockpit lounging area, offering even more space to relax and entertain.
Broker’s Remarks:
I have personally sailed this boat from the BVI to Grenada a few years ago, and she kept us safe and dry the entire way. The flybridge offers exceptional visibility, and the BALI’s unique solid forward deck kept water off the bow even in choppy conditions.
Having sailed numerous catamaran brands over the years, I found the BALI’s bridge deck clearance to be sufficient—there was no noticeable slamming compared to trampolined models. The forward cockpit also adds a massive sense of usable space, making her feel much larger than most 43-footers.
The garage-style aft door is genuinely innovative and transforms the layout—opening the saloon up into the cockpit in a way that few boats can match.
“Tropical D Tour” has typical cosmetic wear from her time in charter: the interior cushions are due for a refresh and the floor shows signs of traffic, but the cabins remain in good condition.
When we took her out in 22 knots of wind, she cruised comfortably at 7.5 to 8 knots on a beam reach. As we headed down wind, she picked up speed beautifully. On our return, under power alone (no sails), she cruised at 8.4 knots at 2200 RPM in a 22-knot breeze—impressive for a boat of her size.
