Craig started sailing at the age of 5 on his family's 22ft monohull on the River Forth in Scotland. As his love for the sport grew, so did the competitive spirit and racing became a common part of the sailing digest. Currently he has over 20,000nm logged, mostly through racing on the families current 30ft cruiser/racer.

Having originally undertaken a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Building Management, 6 months into that industry he knew it was not for him and instead took a job working for a local bus company, mainly involved in Customer Service. After saving up enough money to “have another crack” he went back into education to undertake what eventually would be a BA in Leisure Management. During this time Craig worked part time at a sail loft in his local marina for extra cash and the knowledge and experience gained in that time add to his resume. After competing in most of the large Scottish Regatta's and placing 1 st in class 3 times in West Highland Yachting Week, he thought it was time to put this love and his degree to good use and find pastures new, somewhat warmer pastures at that!

Arriving in Tortola in January 2003 as Bareboat Manager for Catamaran Charters his experience with catamaran's began. Now 2 and a half years later and with almost an entirely new fleet of cats, he admits that they are an amazing vessel with so much room and absolutely perfect for your Caribbean charter. However, the monohull and competitive streak haven't completely disappeared and you can find him sailing the BVI's on his Father's C&C 39, which he looks after, his own Achilles 7 Metre, or racing in the IC24 one design class.
