The first edition of the Lagoon Yacht Festival was held in Hong Kong from 19 to 21 November 2015. Organised by Lagoon Asia and Simpson Marine, the local distributor, the purpose of the event was to introduce the new Lagoon models to customers and the press: 80 people came to admire the two Lagoon catamarans exhibited, in the sailing and motor ranges: the 630 MY and the 560.
After a cocktail reception at the Aberdeen Boat Club, customers and journalists were able to sail aboard the two boats.
On the third day, those customers who were owners were invited on a flotilla escapade to Po Toi, followed by lunch on a private island.
Preparations are already underway for the second edition of this initiative, which was greatly appreciated by the guests.
