Ki Zen is number 37 of 52 in the famed TPI Lagoon 42 series that were built in Rhode Island.
The yacht was built to a higher standard than the European version, and the builder used vinyl ester resin to improve strength and eliminate osmosis.
The current owners have lived on and cruised Ki Zen on the West Coast for 14 years, enjoying the Gulf Islands of BC, the San Juan Islands of Washington, the Channel Islands of California, and the Sea of Cortez in Mexico.
This cat is comfortable, functional, and easy to sail single-handed or shorthanded.
The current owners have continuously maintained and upgraded Ki Zen with high-end equipment.
Ki Zen is off-grid and cruise-ready with a newer high-capacity water maker, air conditioning, lithium batteries, solar, a good-size diesel generator, and heavy-duty anchoring gear.
Ki Zen has proven to be a reliable, safe, and comfortable cruising and living platform for the current owners.
Unfortunately, due to illness, the current owners have made Ki Zen available to be loved and enjoyed by new owners.
Bring your ideas and dreams and make some great memories aboard this affordable and capable catamaran.
