The Gozzard 36 is a cutter-rigged sloop with a long keel and a skeg-hung rudder and with her clipper bow and beautiful traditional lines, she turns heads in every port. “GOODY 2 SHES” has a distinctive profile with a clipper bow, a bowsprit, and a reverse transom. The hull is made of hand-laid fiberglass with a balsa core above the waterline. The deck is also cored with balsa, except for high-stress areas where plywood is used. The deck has a molded nonskid surface and plenty of teak trim.
The Gozzard 36’s versatile forward cabin can quickly be changed from a roomy settee area to a walk around double berth in seconds. There is dining for 6 people comfortably inside or in the large cockpit, excellent galley and head aft. She has a fold over transom that provide easy access from the stern.The current owners have owned the boat for fifteen years and due to health issues have decided to sell the boat.
ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT:
One of the most remarkable features of the Gozzard 36 is its flexible interior layout. The boat can be configured in different ways depending on your preferences and needs. The main cabin can be transformed from an open salon to a private stateroom with the help of folding bulkheads and sliding doors.

On deck, there there is a single wheel steering in an aft cockpit, which that can seat six people comfortably. The cockpit has a dodger and a bimini for protection from the sun and rain and also has a large locker for storage and access to the engine compartment.
“Goody 2 Shoes” has a masthead rig with a deck-stepped aluminum mast and stainless steel standing rigging. The mast has two sets of spreaders and a single backstay. The boat has roller furling on both the jib and the staysail for easy reefing.
There are teak cabin top handrails, and bow and stern rails with double lifelines forward for secure deck work. The roomy cockpit features seating for a full crew, with straight backrests with high combings, large seat lockers, port & starboard, winch handle pockets and engine controls.
The deck arrangement is well balanced. The foredeck is large enough for sail handling and ground tackle and the side decks are wide enough for safe passage.
