The Catalina 355 is an extremely popular model which gives the feel of a much larger boat. The high freeboard and wide beam create expansive interior volume for this two-cabin, one-head boat. The spacious cockpit, wide side decks, and walk-through transom allow for ease of movement throughout the vessel, with all sail handling from the cockpit. The interior is light and well appointed; the flexibility in the salon layout creates options for added guests if necessary. The port settee can convert to a two-seat/cocktail table arrangement, while the dining table has leaves that fold out to form a full-size table and drops down to form a double berth. The Ultraleather upholstery, the innerspring mattresses, the above-counter vessel basin, and the freshwater-flush electric head add a touch of class.
Selah moved from North Carolina to the Chesapeake Bay in early 2025 and has been used largely for day sailing and weekending over the summer. The boat has been hauled and winterized in Deltaville.
