The Summer Twins 28 is a blue water capable cruising catamaran. MEERCAT TWO has crossed the Atlantic, plus cruised the Caribbean and Mexico. She was built with safety of crew in mind, featuring forward collision bulkheads, with massive reserve flotation and buoyancy behind the bulkheads in the sterns. Construction features stainless steel rudders, one piece molded hulls, and topsides stiffened with core-mat. This is a stable, proven cruiser which has weathered Atlantic gales and still allowed the crew to cook in the ample galley and dine in the salon, while keeping a lookout.
