The main salon is creamy white, has a study folding out white table, with teak trim. The entire table can be removed so that a specially fitted centerpiece can make the entire salon into a luxury bed. The aft on both hulls can sleep 2. The salon if opened up can sleep 3-4, and the State Room can sleep 2-3. The galley is producing water very well, and the water pump itself is brand new. Multiple reductant seagull water filters come with the boat. There is ample storage for the galley, behind the salon seats, and even a hidden storage area under the back wall.

The Galley has two sinks and two faucets. One runs a smaller stream for drinks, the other runs at higher pressure when doing dishes. The faucet moves 180degree direction, while the sleek spout is stationary. There is also a fridge that is similar to a hotel mini-fridge and has a working freezer.

Handholds are solid, Stanchions are solid at the base, and the lifeline is in tacks. Cleats and wenches are sturdy under load. Fiberglass deck without trampoline; deck-stepped mast. Exterior fitted cushions were brand new in 2018.

Vessel has navigation lights, foredeck lights, a mast headlight, a stern light, all fitted for USG specifications. Vessel has a working Radar, VHF, Garmin, Auto Helm, depth finder, wind meter, and a searing compass. The chart plotter is in the correctly located area. All original manuals for the boat are in the chart table.

Manual pump head. Power supplied by AC pedestal and takes 30 amps. The AC power controls the outlets, HVAC system, and two displays interior to the boat. The DC power controls come from two deep cycle marine batters; one just purchased last year from west marine. Configuration of batters was prior owners design; could be improved. There is no macerator on board; the holding tank is 15 gallons. All are serviceable, and lines have been replaced.

Rigging is in good shape, could do with some replacement in areas. The Roller Furling is undamaged and in good condition. There are no rips or tears in the Genoa or the Main Sail. She has a Danforth type attached to a chain, rode followed by a braided chain dock line. Foot pedals to control the anchor worked.

Vessel comes with the required number of life jackets, flares, fire extinguishers- which are due to be upgraded. The CO detector works perfectly, however, there is NO propane on board. There is a single electric cook plate, however, due to dock safety rules, all propane has been removed from the boat. The vessel also has 12' wide solar panels which provide an additional 3 AMPs to the single 30 AMP intake. Vells has working winless, first aid kits, working transom ladder, working centerboards, and fingerboards. The Dingy has a rubber bottom and a hardtop shell; seats 3 safely including operator.
