GENERAL NOTES:
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5 - inquire for less, happy to do if it works with our schedule.
For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.
SLEEP ABOARD: $3700 (commissionable)
Includes boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail then dinner to be taken ashore at client expense, breakfast is provided the next morning. 6 night charter or longer.
Excludes Christmas and New Years.
PLUS EXPENSES OPTION: $65,000 PLUS 25% APA.
HALF-BOARD:Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches and 4 dinners ashore at client expense. Deduct $150. per person
LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense. Deduct $75.00 per person.
For the all-inclusive charters A small APA of 5% is asked to cover the additional expenses such as fine wines, champagne, specific alcoholic drinks, excessive alcohol consumption, transfer airport/yacht/airport, dockage fees if any and use of communications means available on board. Fuel included for 4 hours on engine daily, if more is needed it is to be charged from small APA.

SPRING/SUMMER 2024 SPECIAL $69,500 for up to 8 guests 7 nights all inclusive, for new charter booked with a trip starting date between April 17th 2024 and July 5 2024. BVI Ports Only. PLUS 5% APA

All inclusive normally means: Captain, professional chef, 3 meals each day with wine, full ships bar (excluding vintage wines, champagne, dockage and communication), water toys and all on deck amenities. Please check with clearing house/Central Agent to confirm rates & availability.

Plus Expenses / Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
In addition to the charter fee, you will also be asked to pay an APA of 25-30% of the charter fee. This is given to the yacht in cash prior to your charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per your demands. At the end of the charter, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. You will either be refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.
All rates are for the entire yacht and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation. An additional premium maybe applied for Holiday Periods such as Christmas and New Year.
