For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.


Yacht is BVI based, BVI taxes and fees are included in the rate.

TURQUOISE TURTLE SPECIAL MEAL PLAN:
Discount of $120 per person. Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 5 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 2 dinners ashore at client expense.

After chartering in the BVI for 6 season, the crew have found that most of their guests opt to eat of the boat a few times as part of the BVI experience. Guests are always delighted to taste and support local food! Popular options are at Cocomaya, Lobster at Anegada and lunch at Soggy Dollar, but there are plenty of other restaurants the crew would be happy to recommend.

HALF-BOARD:
Discount of $150 per person. Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Other meals ashore at client expense.

HURRICANE SEASON: Please press client to purchase trip insurance. Please add hurricane clause as well to your contract. Yacht will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays). Yacht not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for named storm (this includes meals, hotels, transportation as well as air transport).

All inclusive normally means: Captain, professional chef, 3 meals each day with wine, full ships bar (excluding vintage wines, champagne, dockage and communication), water toys and all on deck amenities. Please check with clearing house/Central Agent to confirm rates & availability.

Not Included: Bar, Beverages and local Taxes extra (Typical for yachts in St Martin to Grenada.)
Plus Expenses / Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA)
In addition to the charter fee, you will also be asked to pay an APA of 25-30% of the charter fee. This is given to the yacht in cash prior to your charter to allow the captain to buy fuel and provision the yacht as per your demands. At the end of the charter, the captain will produce full accounts of all expenditure. You will either be refunded any money not used or asked to pay any additional costs not covered by the APA.

All rates are for the entire yacht and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation. An additional premium maybe applied for Holiday Periods such as Christmas and New Year.
