The architects Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Lauriot-Prevost fitted the Lagoon 500 with the latest developments in naval architecture. Its speed and seaworthiness are outstanding.
With three interior layouts (three, four, or five double cabins) the Lagoon 500 is offered with different configuration levels to suit a range of cruising needs.
The owner’s version with three cabins features a vast owner’s cabin with a small saloon, a desk, a dressing room, abundant storage space, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower compartment and a separate head; an opening hatch at the head of the bed on the aft starboard side provides an excellent view, light, and ventilation.
The owner’s version with four cabins includes three VIP cabins and a companionway at the forward end of the saloon on the starboard side; the advantage of this layout is an additional cabin identical to the forward port cabin but a slightly shortened owner’s suite.
The charter version with five cabins has an identical layout to the owner’s four-cabin version, but the forward companionway on the starboard side opens onto another cabin with bunk beds and a washroom.
