Princess Fontanka is a beautifully maintained first owner’s Lagoon 450, launched in 2011 and thoughtfully updated through time, making her an ideal choice for private cruising or extended liveaboard adventures. With a generous beam of 7.87 m and a draft of just 1.3 m, she balances comfort, stability, and easy access to shallow anchorages.
Construction & Design
Built in fiberglass with teak accents on deck, she combines durability with a timeless Lagoon design. She carries SSR registration (147164) and was last antifouled and polished in 2025, ensuring she is turn-key and ready for the season.
Engines & Performance
Powered by twin Yanmar 4JH5CE 54 hp engines (port 2485 hours, starboard 2490 hours) with new Vari-Prop propellers (2025), she cruises economically consuming approximately 3 L/hour per engine. Hot water is supplied via engine heat exchange, adding efficiency while underway. One saildrive was renewed in 2024 and both engines were overhauled before the 2025 season. Throttle controls and cables were renewed in 2025.
Electrical & Energy
The electrical and energy systems support extended cruising and independence at sea, with shore power and generator provision and comprehensive 12 V DC systems; systems have been maintained to support long-term use.
Electronics & Navigation
She is fitted with a comprehensive navigation and communication suite and supporting electronics, all properly integrated and maintained.
Accommodation
The sought-after 3-cabin owner’s layout offers a spacious master suite with an ensuite head, two comfortable guest cabins each with an ensuite head, an additional single berth plus a convertible saloon berth, and a forward skipper’s cabin on the port side.
In total, she provides up to seven or more berths across three private cabins, a skipper cabin, and a convertible saloon. All three heads are freshwater-flush with hot water supplied via shore power or engine.
Galley
The well-appointed galley provides cooking and refrigeration facilities, ample storage, and standard kitchenware suitable for extended cruising.
Rigging & Sails
Rigging and sails are in good condition: the standing rigging, original to 2011, was formally inspected in 2024, and the running rigging was inspected in 2024 as well. The main and headsail were renewed in 2020 and the light-air sail is original but lightly used. Winches and deck systems have been maintained for reliable handling.
Safety Equipment
Appropriate safety equipment is carried on board and has been maintained to meet cruising requirements.
Ground Tackle
Ground tackle and anchoring systems have been serviced and are ready for safe anchoring operations.
Deck & Accessories
The deck arrangement is practical and well maintained, with equipment for tender handling, boarding, and underway use.
