Many spare parts for engine and boat, plus tools!
Ankyrios is a 2003 Lagoon 380 catamaran, hull #181. USCG registered. She’s been home to our family of 7 since 2014. Raising our children on the ocean was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, and it is with heavy hearts that we realize this season has come to an end for our family.
Ankyrios is beautifully maintained and a well-proven blue-water sailboat. Her 4 double cabins and 2 heads offer the perfect blend of comfort and performance. A sliding door and a window over the galley sink open to connect the interior salon to the exterior cockpit, providing a large open space for comfort or entertaining. She’s an ideal choice for cruising, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy the journey. Despite her small overall size, she has a big interior volume with many cubbies, compartments, and added shelving.
Ankyrios is easy to sail, even single-handed. All lines lead to the cockpit, making for safe sailing, as you do not have to leave the cockpit. Even young kids are able to help with sail changes and develop their own sailing skills. Ankyrios is a very comfortable and steady boat, even in larger seas. The visibility from the helm is great, and twin engines provide easy maneuvering in tight spaces or crowded anchorages.
The Lagoon 380 catamaran has a fractional sloop rig, which offers better control and balance in varying wind conditions. We’ve found she even sails well with the wind just 30 degrees off the bow.
From a previous survey in 2020, “The vessel shows pride of ownership and is obviously operated and maintained to a high standard.”
Ankyrios is ready to go anywhere! Stop by the grocery store on your way to the marina, top off the water tanks, and you can sail away! She is currently at the dock in Marina Puerto Escondido near Loreto, BCS, Mexico, anxiously awaiting her new owners.
