Phoenix XI is a very special vessel. Based on the successful Perry 57 sailboat made in Australia the factory offered an upgraded version with increased motoring ability. These boats have the same excellent sailing performance and are as comfortable sailing at 10-12 knots as they are motoring at 10-12 knots. The twin Volvo D4 300hp engines will push this boat to a maximum speed of around 20knots with an excellent fuel capacity giving a motoring range of about 2900 miles. Only three of these incredible vessels were completed and there is nothing on the market that can match the impressive combination of motoring and sailing performance.
The interiors and foredeck offer excellent comfort and space. This vessel has two large spacious forward staterooms, which feature generous queen island beds, each with its own ensuite and shower. An additional twin or king cabin is situated in the aft starboard hull and there is a large main bathroom in the port aft hull which contains a full-size enclosed shower and a full-size bath.
The fit and finish inside the boat is to a very high standard and ample light comes through the generous windows creating a lovely living space. Extensions to the transom steps originally to accommodate 2 jet skis creates very easy access to the boat from a dinghy or dock. The bow was redesigned to the reverse bow design, this gives the vessel a very distinctive modern look turning heads in every anchorage it arrives at. Under motor or sail the boat performs effortlessly. Underwater lights and a Jacuzzi built into the foredeck add to the impressive list of equipment. Aggressively priced Phoenix is seriously for sale.
