This Perry Passagemaker features an owners version layout with 3 queen berths and one of the most spacious master heads and shower. The central salon is designed for socializing in port and convenient operations while underway. The large galley has visual access into the salon for inclusion, but also has large cooking space for preparing meals. The guest quarters has a private bath and shower while the crew quarters is conveniently located in the stern.

The boat is ready to travel to any port with complete 220/110 systems. The 110 system protected by galvanic isolation provides power for utilities, entertainment, and 3-way battery charging through a TrueCharge system with remote. The 220 system has a Paguro generator, Magna charger/inverter, and shore transformer so it can be used in the US or abroad. The solar panels easily keep the house batteries topped up through a BlueSea charging controller.

Unlike a lot of underpowered catamarans, the boat has a strong powerplant with 2 55hp Volvo Diesel engines pushing sail drives. The engines protected by the best Racor fuel filters are easy to access through large hinged floor doors. The engines feature unique heater exchangers that also warm up the house hot water tanks as well as easy flush out valves. The engine oil is changed at the touch of a button using the twin Reverso pumps.

The sail plan is easy to operate and maintain with a new lazy jack system and Mack Pack. The large 130% headsail doubles as the spinnaker and unlike many catamarans features a pole for easy downwind sailing. The sails are new and proudly feature the boat's logo. The boat includes a current rigging survey. Precision sailmakers new Feb 2020. Main, Genoa, Storm Sail.
Rigging inspection was done in 2019 by Zern rigging, mast off inspection done 2017.

The unique features of the Perry design is a true bluewater sailing boat that is easy to operate. The benefits of the 22.5 ft. beam is that it is easier to find berths and haulout locations. The powerful motors also allow to not only make good time when the wind dies, but also get access to areas with strong currents.
