We are seeking a total of 5 partners aboard Sea Runner V. Partners get to use the Lagoon 52 for two weeks a year plus anytime it is not booked within 30 days out. Each week retails from $11,000 to $17,000 per week which is waived. Partners just pay cleaning and insurance and variable weekly costs.
SEA RUNNER V has arrived at our charter base in Tortola and ready now to own or charter.
Partners can own 10 – 19% of the boat in an LLC, boat is financed, and chartered out through The catamaran Company based in British Virgin Islands and is very close to St. John and the US. Virgin Islands. Charter Revenue from paying guests pays operating expenses (mortgage, dockage, maintenance etc.)
