LAGOON
proudly presents their first power catamaran, the result of
more than 4 years of study and research.
In entering this
promising yet relatively untouched new market, the lagoon
power 43 introduces a boat genuinely designed for the private
owner, with a modest size and a reasonable price tag.
The ergonomics
of the entire boat were carefully studied so that moving around
on deck as well as inside is easy and comfortable.
The center cockpit
has an open yet protected view from the water, and also has
straight access to the salon. There is a totally panoramic
view from the owner's cabin as well as the salon.
The transom connects
the two stern sections and provides room for storage lockers,
a swim ladder and a deck shower.
Several different engine options and interior finishes are
available, thus creating a yacht capable of long nonstop crossings,
quick day runs, fishing trips, coastal navigation's, or serious
extended cruises.
The hull lines
were drawn by Naval Architect Phillipe Subrero, a world-renowned
specialist in passenger catamaran design, maintaining a level
position, they are specifically designed for easy ocean passages,
with cruising speeds in the speeds in the range of 12 to 23
knots depending on the engine selection.
The interior layout,
realized by the designer Xavier Fay, unites the redefined
look of a beautiful cruising yacht with many intelligent technical
innovations.
While never feeling
cut-off from the others aboard, everyone can find their own
private place to relax, either in the warm and inviting salon
, at the nav station which can include an optional inside
steering station, in the galley that connects to the cockpit
under the shelter of an optional bimini or fly bridge, or
on deck, on the aft sun deck, in the foredeck cockpit, or
on the wide transom platform between the sterns.
