"The comfort and safety level of this 1998, luxury vessel is evident from the moment you step aboard."

The owner of Greenback Sensation made his first priority in designing her, safety at sea without giving up an ounce of comfort or opulence.

The Club Privilège 51 was created by Jeantot Marine, to maximize the number of guests who can be accommodated on board a vessel this size, ten, instead of the norm which is eight, thus allowing a cost effective charter without the necessity of greatly increasing the costs by moving up to a larger vessel.

Greenback Sensation is finished in gleaming, Cherry Wood with all the appointments of a 5 Star Resort. 50HP Yanmar engines have been added to increase her maneuverability and her safety gear exceeds the norm for charter boats in all waters. The living area has been configured to allow maximum comfort and roominess when dining or relaxing at the two salon tables.

Greenback’s décor is a subtle mixture of French culture, Canadian furnishings with Moroccan and Spanish accents. Her crew has added some special touches that show off their travels and their eclectic tastes.

Captain Bill Turner and
Chef/Hostess Whitney "Tiff" Stewart

Your crew is a dynamic duo: With over 30,000 nautical miles, Bill has sailed extensively and has considerable knowledge of a variety of sailing yachts.

Whitney recently got her feet wet sailing with Outward Bound, but she brings invaluable experience from the travel industry where she was a marketing manager.

Bill & Whitney met on the sandy beaches of Fort Lauderdale in Florida in the Spring of 1998. In the summer, they traveled up the East Coast to Newport & Maine. Since then they embarked upon a career together in the yachting industry in the Caribbean on a 51 foot catamaran, Greenback Sensation.

Bill's sailing experience began off the East Coast of Whales on summer vacations, dinghy sailing and windsurfing. He was born in Sheffield, England. In 1995, Bill obtained his RYA Yachtmaster Certificate, which led him to his first professional captain position in the Mediterranean. He has worked on both private and charter sailing vessels in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. What Bill really enjoys is life on the water and his enthusiasm for nautical sports is comprehensive: Dinghy Racing, Windsurfing, Water-skiing, Fishing & Scuba Diving (he is a PADI qualified Dive Master). In addition, Bill is a gregarious bartender, a master at the barbecue and also a terrific entertainer with some stories you are not likely to forget.

Whitney has always kept close to the seaside. She was born in San Diego, California. Her father was a lieutenant in the US Navy and her mother a flutist in the Philharmonic Orchestra. Like her mother, Whitney is a accomplished musician, with a special ear for languages; she speaks French, Italian, Russian, German and Spanish. Her career as a manager in the hospitality industry enabled her to travel throughout the US, Europe, Australia & Africa. Whitney has hosted trade show dinners for international clientele, and while living in Paris, she catered for the fashion runway shows. Always finding the seashore close by in her travels, she enjoys swimming, snorkeling, bird watching and fish finding. In the galley, you will find that Whitney's diverse cultural knowledge will charm you with a mix of taste and innovative plates.
