We’re looking for an additional owner that would like to join our current partnership. The benefit of the program is that instead of paying for annual charters, owners get:
14 days of guaranteed usage
Additional usage if not booked 30 days out
Annual depreciation of ~$40k
Annual gains/losses off of operating income
All accomplished in an LLC with Non-Recourse Lending
We have personally spec'd the vessel with the best features and most desirable creature comforts (attached), some of which include upgraded engines, hard-top, an oversized generator, and the largest water maker available.

Partners get 2 weeks of usage each year for the 5 years, each being $20k++ vacations. Anytime the boat is not booked 30 days out, you can also go use the boat! The guaranteed week represents much better value than annual renting, let alone an option for additional usage.
At sale, any operating reserve is distributed back to partners.
