The Hatteras 70 Motoryacht is designed to meet the needs of the live-aboard yachtsman, the smaller of three guest staterooms has been arranged as a study office with built-in desk, bookcases, or onboard computer work station.

The master suite has a King-size tapered berth, built-in vanity, his and her dressers, nightstands, walk in wardrobe, a stereo system, and a private head with whirlpool bath and shower. This stateroom is accessed by a stairwell from the salon.

All other guest accommodations are forward of the walk-in engine room. In addition to the guest suite with queen bed and private head, there is a guest stateroom with twin berths and an adjoining head with a stall shower that also serves as a day head. The bow stateroom with upper and lower berths and private head also with stall shower.
