"SEA RUNNER III" will be available in the BVI by October 2018 and 
she is a brand new four cabin L 450!!

FINANCIAL FACTS

* We have been doing this for 6 years with three different boats, and it''s worked out wonderfully.

* Partners own 20% of the boat in an LLC, boat is financed, and chartered out through The Catamaran Company based in the British Virgin Islands and very close to St. John and the U.S. Virgins. Boat sleeps 8 with en suite showers, bath, AC, etc....

* Charter revenue from others pays operating expenses (mortgage, docking, maintenance, etc...)

* Partners get to use it two weeks a year plus anytime it''s not booked within 30 days out. Each week retails for $8-10K which is waived. Partners just pay cleaning and insurance and variable weekly costs.

* After 5-7 years boat is sold for about 50% of purchase price.

* Pro-forma charter numbers show great revenue opportunity. Please inquire to receive all details.
PER PARTNERS ECONOMICS

* 5-7 years of tax depreciation worth about 22K of depreciation per year that is a K-1 loss, worth that amount times your tax rate per year.

* Partners get 10-15 weeks of use of the boat, which is a $8-10K vacation for 8 to 10 so you can ask people to pitch in on cost, take people for free, or even donate the week for additional tax benefits.

* At sale, any operating reserve is distributed back to partners

* Price per partner of $57K due 50% August 1st / 50% September 1st
