We will promptly get back to you via e-mail with the costs, shipping fees, applicable set-up charges and your order total. All custom orders must be paid for in advance. A deposit will be required with balance due prior to delivery. We will send virtual e-mail proofs for approval prior to production. Custom orders cannot be returned.

Special orders or custom manufactured items will be delivered and shipped based on respective production timeframes. If you have an urgent request, function or event date, please let us know. Please allow adequate production time for custom orders.
