Transportation (airport / base / airport) is $12.00* per person/minimum of $36.00*.
The Beef Island airport is at approximately 20 minutes to and from the base by car.

Come into Road Harbor through the inner harbor breakwater, keeping the Cruise Ship pier to Port. Go through the short marked channel, and Village Cay Marina is located off your port side. Please call 284 4946661 during office hours.

It is required to refuel your yacht upon returning to the dock. If refueling is not done prior to your departure from the island, your credit card will be charged with a $50 surcharge fee including credit card fees (approx. 3 - 4.5%). A credit card is required for our files during your boat briefing/chart briefing

We recommend you refuel at Delta Petroleum in Baugher's Bay on your return. Looking to your right when approaching the cruise ship dock, this is located to the right of the commercial docks, in front of the blue building.

The fuel dock station at Village Cay Hotel & Marina is easily accessible, however there are sometimes mega yachts moored there, limiting access. As this is a small facility they may be out of diesel fuel, so don't rely on it to be open. If in doubt call the base ahead, on 284 494-6661.

Currently provides 21 'average' rooms, each with own private bath, air-conditioning, cable color TV, direct dial telephone with data connectivity and daily housekeeping services. The rooms have been viewed by our charter agents and are considered clean. In addition to the on-site laundry facilities, there are also guest laundry drop-off services. The rooms have cathedral ceilings and oriental rugs. The hotel does have a pool and water sports facility. There is an open-air restaurant, deli and bar on site as well as a spa and other retail offerings.

Rates do not include a 7% BVI room tax. Service charge applied to room service orders. There is a $25 charge per room night for each additional person. Children under 12 - no charge

The British Virgin Islands has a wide variety of restaurants some in spectacular settings. This is an open air restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Also try Spaghetti Junction -very popular with the ex pats. Above average meals are served with friendly and efficient service. During the evening visit the "Bat Cave" next door owned by Spaghetti Junction for some great cocktails and live entertainment.

For lighter fare, there is the Dock master's Deli. This is a high-end, New York-style deli featuring handcrafted sandwiches, quiches and soups.
