| Points to consider when choosing your yacht broker |

By Staley Weidman, Yacht Broker
Ask your broker for their credentials. A licensed yacht and ship broker has worked hard for his credentials and will be proud to display them.
Most yacht brokers outside of Florida or California have no certification, training or licenses and have co-mingled escrow accounts. Be careful with mom-and-pop brokers, part-timers, hobbyists, or enthusiasts that do not have backup support. |

FYI: Staley will be on the Lagoon 440 in The Catamaran Company booth at the Miami Boat Show, February 17th - 21st, Dock L1!
