Boat Shows are exciting for all of those involved, however, for the serious buyer and true boating enthusiast they can be a little overwhelming.

Here is my approach to major boat shows, such as Miami, based on decades of experience as a broker/salesperson attending boat shows all over the place. I hope that these basic suggestions help. It is amazing to me how many buyers are ill prepared to navigate a large Boat Show.

Tip: Sometimes it is best to wait for the last day to "negotiate" your offer, as some exhibitors may feel more pressure to make a sale and thus be more flexible.
