The Lagoon 400 is the newest love for the catamaran cruiser. She is practical and comfortable. A few of her points worth a mention are the following:

- Rigid bimini as standard, streamlined for a more aesthetic look

- Aft transom steps: easy on board access
- Open cockpit with direct communication to galley

As I mentioned in my Catamaran Buyer F.A.Q., builders underestimate what it will cost to build a new model. After the first 20 hulls are built the price normally goes up 5%-20%. By reserving a hull very early in production when a new model is introduced, at resale you can sell your catamaran at for what you paid for new if you're buying a hot model and well-known brand.
This yacht can be ordered now with a deposit of 10% of the base price, and ex-factory dates.

The Lagoon 421 is the evolution of the Lagoon 420 catamaran. She has been modified with a short rig for easy intercoastal cruising and has had a square top added for much better sailing performance. The transom under the waterline has been rounded for better speed through the water and the bimini profile has been lowered. This face lift has transformed the model into a faster, younger cruiser from an already well-constructed catamaran. Available in Hybrid electric or Yanmar diesel.

The much anticipated Lagoon 620 is set to launch summer 2009. While in Bordeaux we saw the completed hull, deck and interior fittings. The L620 is the best value in the 60ft plus sailing catamaran range currently build in the world.
The base price for this grand model is $1,352,000 for a 4 cabin owner version. Designed for long distance cruising in great comfort and style, she is the new flagship of the Lagoon line.
