After what will be 8 years of production the fantastic Lagoon 570 will make way for the newly designed Lagoon 620. However, there exists a terrific opportunity to pick up the very last available new construction Lagoon 570.  The Catamaran Company is please to offer this vessel to the market for both private or charter income purchase.

Fast and safe under sail, the Lagoon 570 has earned it place in the luxury cruising catamaran marketplace with few boats that can boast such an auspicious pedigree.  Used as one of the most successful crewed charter yachts, this last hull could produce a steady income stream to anyone looking to enter the crewed charter market or be a superb boat for anyone looking to do blue-water cruising with friends, family and even a professional captain.  Lagoon is the most successful catamaran builder of the last decade and has excellent resale value for all its models.

Hull # 44 was just launched in May 2008.  The current definition of this boat is as a 4 cabin layout with twin 3-blade prop 75/HP Yanmar engines. This fuel-efficient beauty is cooled by dual Cruisair A/C units (7,000 BTU 110V in the cabins, and a 16,000 BTU 110V in the salon). She also features leather upholstery in the salon & settees with Venetian blinds on the forward windows of the salon.

The galley is a playground for any culinary enthusiast; beautiful corian countertops, 12-set dishwasher, 110V ice-maker, and microwave oven with grill.

Rigging consists of genaker fittings, furler and pole while the sails are protected by a factory installed lazy bag with blue cover. On deck, you’ll find the main traveler and halyard winches have been replaced with electric versions and other creature comforts: 12V cockpit fridge, composite bimini with windshield and sides, deck washdown pump (both fresh and sea water), aluminum davits, and forward pulpits with teak seating.

Her electronic and navigation equipment list is nothing to sneeze at either: Raymarine system with Antenna coupling, E120 display at helm station, navpack, ra'dar antenna, VHF (cable and antenna in the mast), MP3/radio/cd player + 2 loudspeakers in the salon, and of course waterproof loudspeakers in the cockpit.
