LAST STOP SPORTS (KAYAK & WINDSURFER RENTAL) AGREEMENT: The Undersigned Agrees to indemnify LAST STOP SPORTS from any claims or losses. Both parties agree that the property was inspected by LAST STOP SPORTS and personally examined by Leasee at time of delivery and accepted by Leasee that the property was in good and serviceable condition.

BLUE WATER DIVERS: To confirm your order, BLUE WATER DIVERS requires a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The balance may be paid by cash, Visa or Mastercard. I, the undersigned agree to return the above listed equipment to BLUE WATER DIVERS, NANNY CAY by the date stated above. I further agree that the listed equipment above will be returned clean and in good working order or a surcharge will apply. I have asked a representative of BLUE WATER DIVERS to explain the safe operation of any equipment with which I am unfamiliar and now feel confident that I can operate said rental equipment safely. I also acknowledge that any BLUE WATER DIVERS rental equipment used for the purposes of scuba diving will be used by certified divers, certified by a duly recognized certifying agency.
