Terms and Conditions
Anchoring at Annapolis, Maryland's City Dock and Harbor October 6th - 16th- the Annapolis Sail & Power Boat Show is the site of many unveilings for new boats and marine products and has become a must-see event for boaters worldwide.

The Catamaran Group will be featuring the all-new Privilege 495 from Alliaura Marine, a show-stopping Lagoon 500, Lagoon 440, 410-S2 and 380-S2. Demo days are available for those persons seriously considering the purchase of one of these exceptional models. To attend you must make a sailing appointment in advance directly with The Catamaran Group.
1. PAYMENT FOR SPACE
Application for space must be submitted on the official Exhibitor application form and must be accompanied by the deposit specified there in with signature.
2. SPECIAL SERVICES
Electricity, gas, water and other utilities, as well as other special services needed by individual Exhibitors, are provided only when the Exhibitor orders and agrees to pay for them specially from the persons authorized to supply such services in conformity with city, insurance and other requirements.
3. CARE AND STAFFING OF EVENTS
Exhibitors must, at their own expense, keep their yacht clean, boats washed and in first- class condition. No pets except seeing- eye dogs will be allowed in the Show Area at any time. All yachts must be adequately and properly staffed at all times during show hours. No Yachts must not be left unattended during show hours.
4. ORDINANCE COMPLIANCE
All applicable Electrical, Fire and Health department rules and regulations, and all City, State and Federal laws shall be complied with by all exhibitors. Crowding will be restricted; exhibits must not block aisles and fire exits.
5. INSURANCE
All Exhibitors must provide adequate Property and Liability Insurance coverage to protect all of their exhibit material. We will not be responsible for any injury to persons or damage to goods while at the show or in transit to or from the show.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
Annapolis Catamaran Center (ACC), nor their representatives shall be liable or responsible for any injury to Exhibitors, or their employees, or guests, or visitors while within the confines of the space or spaces contracted for by the Exhibitor, or while on any boat which the Exhibitor has as a display or otherwise, nor shall said parties be liable for the loss or damage to any goods from any causes whatsoever while the same are in transit, or while they are in the exhibit area. Exhibitor hereby indemnifies and holds the said parties harmless from any and all such liability. ACC shall have no liability whatsoever for any matter or thing resulting from strikes, lockouts, fire or acts of God.
7. LOSSES
Management shall bear no responsibility for damage to Exhibitor’s property, or lost shipments either coming in or going out nor for moving costs. Damage to property is Exhibitor’s own responsibility. If exhibitor fails to arrive, Exhibitor is nevertheless responsible for exhibit space cost. Exhibitor is advised to insure against these risks.
8. 50/50 COMMISSION SPLIT AGREEMENT
50/50 Commission Split Agreement will be in effect for all Associate Companies that participate during the Pre-Owned Boat Show at ACC facilities. Only Companies that fall under www.catamarans.com or Catamaran Group umbrella reserve the right to work and board any yachts during the show hours and dates even if no central or open agreement has been obtained by The Catamaran Group.
RATE INFORMATION - IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
1 x Multihull: $500 per catamaran. Excludes washdown, detailing, power and water fill up, move in and out, signage and additional marketing materials.
