Day 1: Port Pin Rolland / Embiez Island (2 hours)
Anchor at the Island of Grand Rouveau situated in the West.
Day 2: Embiez Island/ Cassis (3 hours)
Visit the Oceanographic Museum. Stroll around a beautiful island where cars are prohibited.
Navigate towards Cassis in the afternoon. Spend the night in the harbour or at anchorage.
Day 3: Cassis / Calanque de Morgiou (2 hours)
Not to miss: The village of Cassis and Cap Canaille, the highest maritime cliff in Europe (400m high).
Navigation commences in the early afternoon to visit the Calanques d'En Vau and Port Pin.
Day 4: Calanque de Morgiou / Marseille Old Harbour (3 hours)
Navigation between the Islands (Riou, Maïre, Jarre etc). Sightseeing at Marseille: relics of the 2000 year-old Roman harbour and Notre Dame de la Garde.
Spend the night in the harbour or at the anchorage of Frioul (opposite the old harbour).
Day 5: Marseille / La Ciotat (4 hours)
Promenade on the Island of Frioul, Island of Château d'If (Comte de Monte Christo).
Anchor at the Calanque du Mugel at La Ciotat.
Day 6: La Ciotat / Bandol (2 hours)
Sightseeing at La Ciotat: Cap de l'Aigle (Eagle's Cap) and in the morning la rue des Poilus with its spectacular fish stalls.
Day 7: Bandol / Port Pin Rolland (3 hours)
Gastronomical stopover to discover the exceedingly fine restaurants of Bandol, renowned for its delicious red and rose wines.
Return to the base in the afternoon.
Day 8: Port Pin Rolland
