Great Tobago has no mooring balls and you must be very careful anchoring to avoid damaging the fragile ecosystem. Snorkeling is very impressive with lot's of marine life. Great Tobago has a dark and forbidding quality to it with dark cliffs plunging into the sea at skewed angles. There appear to be faces in the rock formations gazing down upon you. The uninhabited island is hilly but covered only by grass and a few spars and twisted shrubs.
