There can never be any disappointments when it comes to the food and beverages provided during your cruise. The Cruise Club requests a profile of each guests meal and beverage preferences at the time you make your reservation. As an additional precaution, the anticipated meal selections are discussed over cocktails with every guest when they arrive at the boat - a mouthwatering conversation.
The Cruise Club provides a meal plan of seven breakfasts, six lunches, and five dinners. Two nights of the cruise you will dine ashore at selected fine restaurants recommended for their quality cuisine and reasonable prices.
The Captain and assistant crew will prepare and serve all the meals at a level of quality comparable with many fine restaurants. Let me give you a sample of what to expect.
You wake to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, French toast, tropical fruit plate, cereals, juices and a selection of pastries.
After a relaxing sail to the next exciting destination everyone has worked up an appetite for lunch. A wild mushroom salad with garlic bread croutons, followed by fresh grilled Marlin in a light curry sauce –washed down with a crisp chardonnay. As the afternoon slides by, and you return from snorkeling or an on-island excursion your appetite is aroused by the smell of the cooks special baked Brie and onion toast snacks. Later in the day, with the sun setting and cradling your favorite cocktail the kitchen aroma sets your taste buds racing in anticipation of Mulligatawny soup, followed by chicken flamed in Pernod, savory wild rice, vegetable julienne and baked Christophene topped with a red wine sauce. For dessert the choice of a Key lime pie or a freshly baked carrot cake soaked in Grand Marnier.
The service does not end with just the fine dinning. Throughout your Cruise there is an open bar. The Cruise Club will have requested your preferred alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, and pride themselves on satisfying their guests by also including your preferred brand where available.
All of the food and beverages are included in the per person f&b fee paid at the time you make each reservation. If you believe that the service was exceptional then (as in most restaurants) we encourage guests to leave a gratuity for the crew at the end of the week. Bon Appetite.
