Day of Arrival:

Charter Starts at 5 pm ( First night on Dock)

Dinner: Chicken Roties served with chutney, green salad, fresh grated carrots and pineapple
Dessert: Fruit salad
York strip steaks and loaded baked potatoes with a vegetable medley Grilled New York

Day 2:


Breakfast: Eggs any style or assortment of cereals, toast, jams, juice, coffee and tea
Lunch: Oriental chicken salad served with rice crackers
Snack: Freshly cut veggies with assortment of dips
Dinner: Marinated tenderloin on the grill with double baked potatoes and French ratatouille
Dessert: Apple pie

Day 3:


Breakfast: French toast with banana toppings or assortment of cereal, juice, coffee and tea
Lunch: First Lunch ashore
Snack: Hummus assortment with Pita bread
Dinner: Tahi shrimp and pineapple curry over Linguini
Dessert: Key lime pie

Day 4:


Breakfast: Eggs Benedict or assortment of cereal, juice, coffee and tea
Lunch: Marinated tuna on the grill served over a Caesar salad

Dinner: First dinner ashore

Day 5:


Breakfast: Pancakes with maple syrup and warm apple topping or assortment of cereal, juice, coffee and tea
Lunch: Caribbean Burger grilled to perfection served with sweet pasta salad
Snack: Cold Cuts and assortment of crackers
Dinner: Pork kebab a la grecque served with cucumber, garlic yogurt and garlic mashed potatoes
Dessert: Chocolate Cake

Day 6:


Breakfast: Bacon/sausages with scramble eggs, toast, jams, juice, coffee & tea
Lunch: Second lunch ashore
Snack: Cheese platter, crackers and toasts
Dinner: Marinated mahi mahi served on a bed of jasmine rice with mango salsa and greens
Dessert: Gratineed pineapple

Day 7:


Breakfast: Banana bread or carrot bread or assortment of cereal, jams, juice, coffee and tea
Lunch: Beef tacos with salsa and sour cream and your choice of toppings


Dinner: Second dinner ashore

Day 8:


Breakfast: Light collation before leaving the boat: Muffins with Tea, coffee, juices

Disembark Catamaran at 9.00am on last day of charter.
