Todd was lured by the water at a young age and began his career in the sailing industry in Annapolis 15 years ago. He has managed several local and international based yacht charter companies and sailing schools based in Annapolis before opening his own yacht charter company in 2001. He has literally introduced 100s of people into the world of sailing, and has trained long-time mono hull sailors to be competent multi-hull operators. During his yacht charter career he has sailed, maintained and commissioned numerous multi-hull and mono hulls gaining valuable sailing and systems expertise. He has logged many hours sailing throughout the Caribbean and has done multiple yacht deliveries up and down the East Coast.

Todd's whole family is involved in sailing his wife, a USCG Licensed Captain, has been a skipper for charter companies in the British Virgin Islands and a skipper on yacht deliveries throughout the East Coast, Canada
and the Caribbean. His son races his Laser Radial on the Chesapeake, winning high point awards for the last three years. Todd also has 2 newborn twin daughters who will probably sail before they can stand.
