The Catamaran Group expands marina holdings along Maryland Shore. Full service Breezy Point Marina with 225 slips on 45 acres in Chesapeake Beach makes third marina in the region. Pier 7 Resort Marina n Edgewater and A&S Marina in Annapolis round out the other two.

The Catamaran company, announced the acquisition of a 3rd marina property in Maryland.

Well positioned on Maryland’s shore mid-way between Annapolis and Solomon’s Island in Chesapeake Beach, Breezy Point Marina is situated directly on the Chesapeake Bay adjacent to Tilghman Island Sanctuary. Sprawling over 45 acres, this property boasts stern to docks slips for over 225 vessels featuring a full service bath house, showers, toilets, snack bar, fuel dock, marina store, rental cottages and dry storage. Marine industry vendors are also available on property for all your service and repair needs.
